Hummer vehicle transfers throughout, accommodation at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, two rounds of quality golf, various restaurants reserved for each evening plus category 1 & 2 Superbowl tickets for the game in Tempe – Pittsburgh Stealers versus the Dallas Cowboys.

Case Study: Olympic Games in Beijing
Brief: Create a motivational campaign for 5 potential winners of a promotion aimed at the sales staff of one of the company’s distributors. 5 winners plus 2 staff.

Details: The client flew out of London direct to Beijing, China. A 4* hotel was booked just outside the centre of Beijing. Transfers and sightseeing tour of Tiananmen Square, Forbidden Palace and Day trip to the Great Wall with lunch and dinner was arranged. Olympic Stadium transfers were organised plus category 1 Olympic Games tickets. A trip to the Silk Market was also included.

Brief: A group of 22 guys (staff & clients) wanted to go to Las Vegas for a long weekend to take in the sights and the Ricky Hatton v
Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight. Spend some quality time with colleagues. 5* treatment throughout with a some ideas to make the event
even more memorable .

Details: The clients flew Premium economy class from London to Las Vegas on Virgin Atlantic Airways. We arranged limousines on
arrival and return, 4 nights at the 5* Bellagio Hotel plus pre-fight corporate hospitality at the Venetian Hotel. The lucky recipients took
in a Grand Canyon light aircraft trip plus a helipcopter trip over the Strip at night, ringside seats for the fight plus tickets to a show on
the Sunday (Blue Man Group).

Case Study: Golf Tournament at the PGA National Resort, West Palm Beach, Florida, USA
Brief: Client wanted to ‘fly in’ 250 of their top clients from all over the world for a quality golf event in the USA - Somewhere hot.

Details: The clients arrived from the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East and the Far East for a golf tournament in Florida. We arranged the total management of the event including all airport to hotel transfers, hotel accommodation, meal schedules, golf tee times on four different golf courses, the evenings entertainment consisting of a ‘close up magician’, Cuban cigar rollers and a steel band direct from Jamaica. We also arranged the prize giving ceremony along with the prize table on the last day.

Case Study: A Night at the Theatre with pre & post event meal.
Brief: Arrange an evening at a hotel in the north of England with various ideas (Mainly couples) in July or August 2009
Group Size: 100
Details: We reserved the 5* Hilton Hotel in Manchester. Transfers to Don Giovanni’s Restaurant in the city centre. Arranged the
menus and wine list. Distributed on the night 100 tickets to the Queen Musical – “We Will Rock You”. Some walked the 3 minutes to
the Palace Theatre others were transferred by coach. A private bar in the venue was arranged for the interval. Drinks were prebooked.
After the show, transport was arranged to take everbody back to the Hilton Hotel - Exclusive use of the Cloud 23 Bar in the
hotel had been organised along with food and drink until the early hours.

Case Study: U2 in Concert at Croke Park, Dublin (Vertigo Tour).
Brief: Client was very specific. They wanted us to create a promotion around the U2, Vertigo Tour and Dublin had to be the venue.

Details: On arrival at Dublin Airport the lucky winners were met and escorted onto the awaiting coach and transferred to the 5*
Merrion Hotel and some to the luxurious boutique Morrison Hotel. An evening meal was arranged in the Temple Bar area of the City
to create the ‘feel good factor’. Day 2 started with a sumptuous breakfast in the hotel followed by a guided tour of Dublin taking in
various historical sights of the city. Early evening guests were transferred out to Croke Park for some pre-concert hospitality just
metres from the stadium. Here, category 1 tickets were handed out to the ‘main event’ – U2 ‘live in concert’. After the event everyone
was taken by coach back to the hotel for a late supper. Guests were transferred back to Dublin Airport the day after the concert
for their return flight home.
