Once you have chosen RedAlligator to produce your event or incentive programme, we will, as part of the venue selection process, undertake a site visit to ensure full compliance with your brief. We will short list a number of properties and offer an unbiased, impartial view regarding suitability for your event before, ultimately, making recommendations. In order to protect your interests, venues are always inspected prior to contracting.
The venue selected can determine the success of your event and RedAlligator Group offers this service free of charge. Every last detail is taken into consideration: Location, standards throughout the property, food and a technical comprehensive risk assessment will be implemented to support the safety of all prior to and during the event.
